The mayor needs to see support of the monorail immediately so that he knows we still want and need clean rapid transit.

Why don't we ask the Mayor to fix the viaduct first, so it doesn't collapse one day? Then, take the extra money and build a few more soup kitchens with "career training" centers in them. Hmmmmm... This sounds way more socially helpful than a mono rail...

I swear. I think the monorail is the stupidest mode of conveyance we could choose from and I've hated the idea from the gate, but this is the 5th fucking vote!
Don't ask me the same thing 5 times! Bull.
I'm voting pro monorail 'til the wheels fall off on the simple principal of "Fuck you Dad, we already talked about this".

If you're gonna build the Green Line, build it for less than 7 billion, or if you're gonna pay that much, at least makes sure it serves a wider swath of neighborhoods, without charging riders $3 one way every day even if they have a PugetPass.
