The new Ballard Bowl looks killin', better than the old bowl, I love the vert wall and the little park. I bet that little park doesn't smell like trash like the old Ballard Bowl. Not that I cared about the smell when I was skatin' that monster. This guy has some good pics (http://www.policygov.com/skate/ballardv2-1.html) of an early (wet) sesh in Ballard Bowl II.
Question (if you look at the above page): Are those apartments or condos across from the bowl expensive? I'd be willing to pay for that view. Does anyone know what they're called or how much they cost?
