Props: U.S. Reps Baird, Inslee, Smith and McDermott (WA) for voting yes last week on Hinchey/Rohrabacher (http://www.drugpolicy.org/news/061505hincheyvotes.cfm), which would have barred the feds from raiding state-sanctioned marijuana co-ops.
Flops: U.S. Reps Dicks, Larsen, Hastings, McMorris, and Reichert (WA) and Blackburn, Cooper, Davis, Ford, Gordon, Jenkins and Wamp (TN) for voting no on Hinchey/Rohrabacher. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
