PS: crappy metal/grunge/alternative not allowed!!!!!HAHAHA!

Yeah actually it is...and you can't do nothing about it cuz' you are not safely in the confines of your own little metal forum board.

Good luck trying though...I'll have fun at your expense.

What part of "worth noting" don't you understand?The part where your ignorance tries to effect free opinion.

The real problem here is that I've already heard/of all those bands. Sure, some of them are not my cup of tea but, I'm just looking to expose and to be exposed to new music.

Haha, what a load of bull if you don't mind me saying. You just didn't want the folks in the other thread to find out who your band is. If you can't stand proudly behind your words then how can you stand behind your music?

The Sleepy Workers (http://www.myspace.com/sleepyworkers )

whatever the case, here i am to broadcast the following INFOMAYSHUN TO THE NAYSHUN regarding a Sleepy-Workers-scene-related show coming up this Wednesday. it starts promptly. the very entertaining/talented girls-with-attitudes-plus-one-boy Sugar Skulls foursome will hit the stage at 10:45 fyi. and i think this mite b Abigail Pratt's "formal" Seattle debut performance. (??) i hear she's very very talented. yo.

DIMINISHED MEN - dark opiate surf/spag.west film music
SUGAR SKULLS - witchcraft exotica mindfuck
ABIGAIL PRATT - organ improvisations and rituals
* WEDNESDAY, JULY 13th *
RENDEZVOUS / 10:00pm / $4

p.s. - the above artists have not yet put up myspace pages but i figure they will soon. go to the show, get on their email lists by slipping them notes or something, and get in on their myspace ground floor. special financing avail.

There's a SWARM of bands connected to those Beep Repaired (www.beeprepaired.com) kids that should be noted. ALL these bands are from Seattle, and I've probably missed some of 'em. The Beeps have been keeping it underground, DIY, basement power for a few years now, but I think it's time this town perked its ears to this posse. Several handfuls of links for ya...
